At Innes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned furniture to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
