The models EA 217 and EA 219 are the office swivel chairs of the Soft Pad Group. Elegant in appearance, they are particularly suited to management areas and the well-appointed home office. Their tilt mechanism adapts to the userās weight and is paired with softly upholstered cushions with fabric or leather covers in a plethora of colours for excellent comfort. The Soft Pad Chair EA 219 is distinguishable from EA217 by its higher backrest.
The shape and structure of the Soft Pad Chair is identical to that of the Aluminium Chair. However stitched leather upholstery renders it softer and more comfortable and makes for an interesting contrast with its slim aluminium profile. Vitra grants a 30-year guarantee on all chairs of the Soft Pad Group.
The upholstery on allSoft Pad chairs has been modified and now utilises an innovative viscoelastic foam. This increases the chairs comfort whilst also ensuring the lasting resilience of the upholstery.
