Designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1950 but never put into production during his lifetime, the CH26 has finally been brought to life in line with his original sketch. Its curved organic shapes and exceptional craftsmanship make it a true Wegner classic — closely related to the CH22 lounge chair, sharing the same good ergonomics, sturdy construction, and characteristic curved armrest supports.

The CH26 serves equally well as a dining chair or desk chair. Wegner carefully considered table height and everyday use in its proportions, resulting in a chair that is as practical as it is beautiful. This example is finished in oak with black lacquer and black paper cord seat.

This is an ex-display piece in pristine condition — sublimely comfortable and ready to use.
